the band
Cool Shoes loves to cook up lip-smacking good tunes
that’ll satisfy your soul... great songs from the
likes of James Brown, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Sam
& Dave, Tower of Power and more, plus a few surprises. We’re
all
about energy and having fun… you’ll be out of your seat and groovin’
all night long to treasured favorites as well as songs you don't hear
from "typical" cover bands.
The band is fronted by charismatic singers with great stage presence,
and
backed
by a rock-solid rhythm section. We have a blast playing together, and
that
sense of fun and enjoyment is infectious. You’ll like what you hear,
and we're
all sure to have a great time!
Cool
Shoes is based in southwestern Connecticut, and can travel regionally
to play for you. We play
events of all kinds, from weddings to private parties to corporate
events,
functions, fetes, fiestas, shindigs, soirees, blasts, blowouts,
barbecues, bacchanals, beach parties, boat christenings, carousals,
clambakes, random gatherings on the sidewalk, you name it… and we’ll be
happy
